Briarcliff Mx will host a Mid-East Area Qualifier for The Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National Championship Program. Only the Top 9 will transfer to the Mid-East Regional Championship.

PLEASE do not use Grove Road, its a narrow gravel township road with a restricted load bridge on it. For the best route, please use Licking Valley Road to Briarcliff Road from Hanover. See the directions on this page.

Spectator Information:
This event will be a 2 moto format per day. Friday is a practice day, but there will be racing on both Saturday and Sunday starting at 9:00am.
This event is part of the Monster Energy National Championship! Check out the Mx Sports website for complete information.
Some bleacher seating is available. However, it is recommended that you can also bring lawn chairs or blankets, or just sit in the grass. There are food concessions at the track. No glass containers, please. You can even bring friendly pets, but keep them on a leash, please.
Bicycles are welcome; no motorized vehicles for spectating (golf cards, quads, etc.).
Gate Admission:
Camping fee is included in the gate fee.
Spectators are not permitted to camp, unless they have a regular gate wrist band. The spectator lot will be emptied out each evening via tow truck. Spectators may not use pit vehicles. Saturday spectator wrist bands are still good for Sunday. You must still have the Saturday band on your wrist.

No refunds will be given at the gate, regardless of when you leave.
Racer Information:
Gates open at 2pm-11pm Thursday. Early entry at 8am, see the table above. All racers will need to buy wristbands upon entering the facility, see the gate fee schedule above.
Gates open Friday 6:30am-11pm, Saturday 6:30am-11pm, Sunday 6:30am.
Pit vehicles may be used by adults (age 18 & up). Each driver must register at the signup building. Charge is $30. We don’t charge for extra drivers of the same vehicle; Pit Vehicle Sticker are purchased at the gate.
Pit vehicles are for transportation to and from the track. Please park them and walk to the infield; no pit vehicles on the track infield. They are to be used responsibly, anyone caught being irresponsible will be asked to leave, immediately.
Friday Practice: 8am sign up, Practice groups 10-4:00pm, $40 per group (sticker). All riders must sign up before practicing. No rider will practice Friday without their practice sticker. No rider will practice Friday in a group that doesn’t match their sticker. Any violation of these rules will result in a long ride home.

Race Day Practice Times: Saturday 8am, Sunday 8am. (Cost included with the class race fee)
Race Day Fees: $50 per class, plus the $25 MX Sports Area Qualifier Registration Fee entry fee, per class.
DIRECTIONS:
State Route 16 East/West to the Licking Valley Road/Brownsville Road exit, turn onto Licking Valley Road (North/Hanover). It shows it as Marne Road in the image below, but it is signed as Licking Valley on the street. After the turning off of SR 16 on to Licking Valley (not Marne), DO NOT MAKE THE FIRST RIGHT HAND TURN RIGHT ONTO THE “REAL” MARNE ROAD. Instead drive straight for about 800′ and turn right and cross the railroad tracks. Now you are on Licking Valley Road in Google and real life.
Continue into the Village of Hanover, through two traffic lights, and about 2 miles outside of Hanover make a right onto Briarcliff Rd. Continue on Briarcliff Rd. for roughly 2.5 miles, the track entrance will be on your left. The new address is 4307 Briarcliff Road, Nashport, Ohio 43830.
Do not use Grove Road, it’s a narrow dirt township road with a load restricted bridge on it. For the best route, please use Licking Valley Road to Briarcliff Road from Hanover Village.
Do not try to go to Hanover via Marne Road to South Main Street, this route has an old RXR tunnel that has a low clearance height.
